The Lyme library is honored to have internationally-known yoga instructor and teacher Chrissy Carter appear for a series of “intermediate” yoga classes at the library. These classes are for participants who have prior experience with yoga who wish to take their practice to a gentle “next level” and build strength and mindfulness through their yoga regime. $10.00 per class paid to the instructor.
